How Can We Help?

Migrate Email Accounts from Zoho to cPanel

You are here:

Relocate E-mail Accounts from Zoho to cPanel

If you currently use Zoho for your email accounts, we can help you migrate them to cPanel using the IMAP copy method. To proceed, we will require the following information:

– IMAP server name (Zoho)
– Zoho username and account password
– New cPanel email address and password

Please note that Zoho may not support IMAP for certain accounts. In such cases, we can import emails through webmail, but it is important to first backup the Zoho accounts.

To back up your Zoho accounts, please follow these steps:

1) Log in to the admin control panel.

2) Select “Export Mail Accounts” under Mail Administration.
