How to Add Google Analytics to WordPress?

You are here:

Google Analytics is a costless online analytics service provided by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google introduced this service in November 2005 following the acquisition of Urchin. It is presently the most widely utilized online analytics service available. Integrating Google Analytics into any type of website is a simple process. This is because you only need to insert the code snippet provided by Google Analytics.

However, if you are utilizing WordPress, the procedure for installing Google Analytics is even more effortless. This is due to the availability of numerous plugins specifically designed for Google Analytics integration on WordPress sites. There are also some advanced plugins that allow you to customize the tracking process. In this tutorial, I will demonstrate how to add Google Analytics to a WordPress website. To configure analytics for our WordPress site, we must first establish an account with Google Analytics. Let’s proceed with that step.
